This week, our heroic movie addicts are woo-ing two star-studded romantic comedy classics. We're taking a look at IT HAPPENED ONE NIGHT and THE PHILADELPHIA STORY. Gable, Hepburn, Grant, Stewart... the stars go marching one by one, and oh how the hilarity ensues.

Friends, Romans, Movieciders, lend us your ears!
This week is a truly epic episode! We're watching two films that both involve ancient Rome in a pairing that you really didn't have to be the messiah to predict. We've got BEN-HUR and SPARTACUS! Epic after epic. A collective 7 hours of movie, and boy are our couches tired.

This week is ALL ABOUT picking your feet.
Wait, that's not right. This week is all about detectives. We look at the gritty, bloody nosed, noir-ish CHINATOWN, followed by the heart pumping, rough and tumble flick THE FRENCH CONNECTION. With all this detective work, maybe...just maybe, we can figure out what the hell they mean by "picking" their "feet".

Things are about to get a little bit violent, ladies and gents.
This week, our heroes are throwing on some flak vests and squaring off, guns a blazin', with some serious gangsters! We've got BONNIE AND CLYDE and PULP FICTION. Two gangster flicks of completely different times, styles, and genres. Who knows? By the end we may have redefined the term anti-hero, or maybe even have figured out just what's in the briefcase. You'll have to listen to find out.

MASS MOVIECIDE is like a box of KICK ASS, and that's exactly what you're about to get! Our three movie-holics are boxing ROCKY for the belt, followed by a marathon run with FORREST GUMP.
(We mean this metaphorically, of course. If any one of them tried to do either of those activities literally, they'd be dead in minutes.)

Boats. Hey, we like to keep it simple from time to time. Both of our movies have boats.
BUT NOT JUST ANY BOATS! This week, our heroes set sail aboard THE AFRICAN QUEEN, followed by the doomed ocean liner TITANIC. We've got a little bit of entertainment mixed with a little bit of history this week.

The halfway celebration was fun, but now it's on with the list!
This week, Movieciders, we do drugs. What's that drug called? SHEEN.
Our selections both feature members of the Sheen dynasty. First up is PLATOON starring Charlie Sheen, followed by APOCALYPSE NOW starring Martin Sheen. The fact that both movies take place within the Vietnam War is purely a coincidence.
So climb aboard the nearest Huey, call in some snake and nape and take cover. The MASS MOVIECIDE continues NOW!
