This week, we wish Jay well as he has an emergency appendectomy.  We unearth the long lost E.T. The Extra Terrestrial video game for Atari.  We mourn the loss of actor Bob Hoskins.  We discuss drinking and accidental drinking, and then we close things up with the usual Simpsons banter!

This week we prep for our regular episode by discussing Jay’s work as a secret shopper.  We discuss the latest in fashion trends and Netflix raising it’s prices.  We talk about the scandal behind Hollywood director Bryan Singer (of X-Men fame).  We wonder if the key to eternal life is a long tv career.  We argue about where the Arts belong in education, Pope John Paul II gets Sainted, and Jay doesn’t think well-wishes are worthwhile.  It’s all right here on this week’s PREGAME!

First up, it’s A BRONX TALE, directed by Robert DeNiro and starring Robert DeNiro, Chazz Palminteri, and Lillo Brancato Jr.  After that, we watch the comedic farce, OSCAR, directed by John Landis and starring Sylvester Stallone, Marisa Tomei, Tim Curry, and Chazz Palminteri.

THIS WEEK, we start off by mentioning our Fan of The Week on Twitter.  We discuss Barber Shops, and the Garden State Film Festival in Atlantic City.  We wonder about Stephen Colbert taking over the Letterman Show.  We Marathon through The Simpsons and review the now-in-theaters “Oculus”.
